James’s POV

My parents were still speechless and it started to feel like I was just wasting my time.

“Coward!” I yelled at my dad for not saying anything.

“So now you can listen, but when you needed to, you felt that I wasn’t good enough you felt that I’m just some disposable piece of garbage you...” I realized that staying here and blaming my heart out won’t do anything tangible so I called a retreat.

“You know what, I don’t care anymore; from now on, I revoke my right to being called an Anderson,” I said; they didn’t look surprised, though, but could only stay there and watch.

“I don’t want anything to do with you or anything else; take your company and rot with it; it’s all you ever care about anyway,” I said and wanted to leave.

“Ohh, and Mom, don’t try to reach out to me ever again; I refuse to be called your son and wish I was never born,” I declared. Before slowly making my way out of the house.
