Chapter 267. Soulmate

I don't want to read the letter; these are his personal letters, yet something inside me wants to rip it apart. I don't, however. I decided to wait for him to arrive and then just ask him. Perhaps that is something from previously. A letter from back when we were first engaged.
"I hope you didn't go back asleep," Lexcis says as he enters the room carrying a tray of food and beverages.
"No, I am up." I grin back.
He lays the tray on top of the desk and gestures for me to stand up. He sits down and pulls me onto his lap. He kisses my neck and shoulder, "You're wearing my clothing, huh? I like them better than you."
I turn to look at him over my shoulder, and he detects something strange about my grin.
"What is wrong?"
I sigh, "I was not looking through your belongings, I promise. I believed they were drawings, but then I saw—"
