Chapter 29. Lonely Chair

"So. Did you arrange another room?" I ask, crossing my arms.
"No, why would I?" He walks over to the bed and jumps on it. "You're welcome to lay on the floor."
"Weren't you the one telling me to get rest?" I give him a puzzled look while he keeps laughing.
"And since when can't you rest on the floor?"
I sigh loudly, sauntering over to the one lonely chair where he has thrown all our clothes onto. I throw everything onto the ground and seat myself on top of it, looking at him with defiance.
Fighting the urge not to fold the clothes before I rest.
My legs are pulled up to my chest, and my head is resting on the armrest. I feel a cold breeze and notice that the window is open.
"I must be freezing you out," Lexcis comments with a smirk.
I mumble a few curses and rise to close it. I seat myself in my previous position but take Lexcis's jacket
