I process what he's telling me, trying to come up with a logical explanation. Lexcis could be lying, but I don't think he is. The pieces of this mysterious puzzle start to fall into place in my mind.
"You'll see," Lexcis adds with a sly grin, leaving an enigmatic air hanging between us.
That's what he meant? That's dark since I won't be seeing anything when I'm dead. The weight of the revelation settles in, and a shiver runs down my spine.
