Cassandra’s POV
I knew Alexa always preferred to be on her own and indoors, especially since she couldn’t transform, it was unlike her to miss classes.
She must be missing her brother so much, because it’s been days since the massacre and his death. She out to have resumed.
After I had concluded a history class. I was waiting for them to finish the assessment I gave them so I could review it when the conversation of some kids drifted to my ear.
“Yom, Des.” The young werewolf whispered.
“What is it?” The ‘Des’ who was a werewolf asked in a listless tone, “I’m busy, I’m not done with my assessment.”
The werewolves either didn’t seem to notice his indifference or she just deliberately ignored it because she continued talking, “This morning,” Des groaned, slamming his head on the desk, “on my way to school, I branched Alexa’s place so we could come together, but guess what happened.” The werewolves finished.
