Chapter 17. Past Be Forgotten
Eva put her head on his chest near his beating heart; she could feel his breathing speed up to match the speed of his heart. Testingly, she nibbled on Edward’s thumb as he gently stroked her lips. Leaning further into his neck, she started to kiss a path down to the opening of his shirt.
Eva heard his breathing picking up; his desire was again igniting her own passion. Eva trailed her hands down along his chest. Before it reached further down, he held her hand tightly, closing his eyes for a few seconds. He took a deep breath, exhaling slowly; he opened his eyes, and to her utter delight, she could see that his eyes were beginning to bleed out black and turning to green color. There were some traces of green.
Eva smiled broadly. Leaning onto his lips to place a quick kiss, she snuggled into him tightly.
