"Oh my god!" I exclaim, nearly spitting out the cheesy breadsticks I was chewing before I checked the notification on my phone. The email had come in about an hour ago probably when I was still grumbling out of bed. I couldn't believe my eyes when I read the message the first time and had to read it twice again, I also couldn't help myself from exclaiming the way I did when I finally realized that the mail was real and I was just being dramatic.

"What is it?" Mom is the first to react as she eyes my phone.

"Oh my god!" I repeat.

"What is it?" Tanya asks exasperatedly.

"I got the role! I got the role of Ella Smith in The Vice President, the movie I auditioned for! I got the role!" I announce excitedly.
