Book 3. Her Night Jesse. Chapter 1

I'd had the best night and morning of my life, but my heart was broken. This was how I wanted every night to end and every morning to begin, with Aubrey's head resting on my chest and her arm draped around my waist. Although, I knew it couldn’t last. She was a Scion and I couldn't keep stop other Alpha's if they wanted to take her from me. Sure, I was strong, and the son of an Alpha, but that wasn’t enough. If I wanted to be with her forever, I needed to become an Alpha. Be a man that could fulfil her every need, and most of all, be strong enough to protect her and our future children. I sighed, trying my best not to wake my sleeping beauty.

I needed a plan and I knew I had to speak to my dad. He’d know exactly what to do.
