Frank Lawson’s face turned bright red, after he heard what Harold said throughout his conversation with me.

“That bastard, he thought he could make my sister his money machine,” Frank cursed while clenching his fists. “Did you know, that the York family is in huge debt because the future head of the family is addicted to gambling?”

“Really?” I asked in surprise. “I didn’t think it was that bad. How did you know?”

“I didn’t like Harold, since the first time my sister brought him home. But he’s a sweet-talker and his behavior is perfect, in front of my family. I hired a private investigator to investigate him and just got the results two days ago,” Frank said with a gloomy face.

“But, he just won a bet on a stallion named Harry Potter?” I said. “And his winnings were quite big.”
