Moira died two days after I came to see her at the correctional clinic. 

For the first time in my life, I felt relieved over someone’s death. For me, Moira would have been better off dead, because her life was full of futility and would only be a never-ending business for the people around her. 

Even for Peter and Eva, it would be difficult for them to start their new lives with Moira around them.
