Chapter 14. Happy

"Take your place?" Giovanna asked, feeling bad that she was trying to steal the lady's place. She was very kind. But her question was as cold as her gaze.

"No." She smiled. She smiled, "I'm just waiting for a replacement. I'm getting married and my future husband's business is in Tokyo. I'm hoping that the boss will accept you, so that I can mind my own business."

Giovanna was about to say something when the phone on the secretary's desk rang. She picked it up and listened, then put the phone back on standby.
