Chapter 22. The Day of Revelation
Olav was the first of the guests to arrive. Brendon was grateful that he didn't mention the lateness of his friend who lived next door. He brought with him his wife, their three and five-year-old children and Brendon's father.
Brendon noticed that he and his father looked a lot alike and knew from whom he had inherited all those features, including his eyes and his height. Although he wasn't as tall as Jordan, he was unusually tall. Two cents short of two meters. Brendon noticed that his father also dressed very elegantly and when he shook his hand in a formal greeting, he could feel the calluses of a hard worker. He invited everyone into the living room and the children went upstairs with the nanny, who also went, to the penthouse, where the children would be served orange juice and chicken sandwiches as an appetizer before lunch, which wouldn't be ready until around two o'clock in the afternoon.
