Caius’s POV

I could hear yelling coming from the dining hall as I walked in the back door. Finn was talking about how I treated him, his future King, with no respect. When the weak boy kept talking about himself, Elise was almost raped. This made me angry.

“Alpha, you have to show Caius who’s boss. He can’t talk to me like that or treat me like that. He acts like he is better than everyone else.” Finn argued.

“Please stop, Finn. Yes, he was rude, but we disobeyed the King’s orders, and he saved us all. Elise made a plea. I knew she was mad at me, but I guess she didn’t think I was bad enough to send away. I’ve already saved her life twice.
