Chapter 9. The Opposing Forces

Savannah’s POV

“Guys! That was totally uncool!”

I’m yelling angrily at the top of my lungs, but the Kaiser brothers aren’t taking me seriously at all. They grab both my hands as they pull me out of the house.

“Don’t worry about it, you’ll thank us later,” Logan says simply.

And before I can say another word, they’ve transformed back into their wolves. I find myself hoisted on top of the big, black wolf that is Logan. In an instant, we dash out of there and back into the woods again.

At this point, I’m fuming mad, but I can’t do anything else. All I can do is hold onto Logan’s back as hard as I could. He’s moving at the speed of light and if I’m not careful, I’m gonna fall to my death!

I’m thinking I’ll just yell at them once we get to the house, but as we near the property, I see a row of wolves standing all around the backyard. It looks like an army of wolves just standing guard. In the middle of it all is my dad, the great Alpha William W
