Chapter 18. Tension

“Oh my God! Kate, where are you?” Anita screamed in her dream as she went in search of Kate all over her house.

Fear gripped her, causing her to scream so loud.

It was at the process of screaming that Anita woke up the next morning. She was soaked with sweat as she gripped herself and the bed sheets around her. Goosebumps were her as she thought about the dream she just had.

“No this was a nightmare. This was a fucking nightmare,” she muttered under her breath as she poured out her heart and started crying.

“Kate, where on earth are you right now? Please come close or even text me,” she said as she sat helplessly on her bed.
