Benny went to a supermarket to buy some groceries. It was her off day at work, and Bella was at school. The last thing she picked from the veggie corner was cabbage. She spotted Laila buying some things but was confused about whether to say hi or not. Laila hadn’t noticed her.

Their relationship had become strained due to most of the help Greg had rendered to her. Benny had a thing for Greg but didn’t want to come between them. Aiden was handling many things that pertained to her. So, she no longer needed Greg to do things for her. She’d hired a nanny for Bella. But Greg still insisted on Bella spending time with him and Laila. He disliked Aiden. Greg had gone as far as warning Aiden not to mess with her. And she liked it.
