Cassie looked more stunning than Aiden had ever seen her. Her brown hair was neatly swept up into a ponytail. Her beautiful, slender legs were made obvious by her short black dress. The dress revealed a bit of her cleavage. It made him think about sex with her. It was nothing like what he’d done with Mira, nothing like what he’d done with other girls.

He loved Cassie’s red lipstick, too. It made her look dangerous and sexy at the same time. She didn’t even look like someone who’d had a kid.

She barely smiled as the waiter served them. But she hardly ever smiled. He’d decided to take it as just a part of her character.

“Do you like it?” He gestured at their table, which had many varieties of food, some beautiful candles, and some expensive drinks on it. He’d rented the entire place for both of them.

“It’s lovely,” she said, helping herself with some of the red win
