I stopped after I heard what the Lycan said. He wanted me to choose between Leah and the throne. I can’t believe he dares to threaten me; I am his only son. I am his successor!
Lycan went closer to me; we were looking eye to eye with each other. He tapped my shoulder gently.
“I know you won’t choose to disappoint me, Amoux. Even if you decide to be with Leah, I will ensure you won’t be happy with her. She wasn’t the one for you; she’s the daughter of those traitors I loathed.”
“I told Alpha Joe we will continue the wedding, and Anaya will be here after two months. I want you to bond with Anaya; she’s a great woman.”
