Chapter 69
Keith wasn’t in the house.
Cassandra had walked around the mansion, calling out for him, and got nothing in response. The door to his room had been locked. She had tried budging it open several times.
With slumped shoulders, she made her way to the patio, hoping he would be there. And if he wasn’t, that was fine too, Cassandra decided. There were too many things going on in her head, and perhaps a little time and some fresh air would do her good.
Hypnos.
That name rang in her head like a bell, clanging with every logical reason she had. And considering the kind of person she was, Cassandra didn’t think she had a lot of logical reasoning.
But yet, she couldn’t help but wonder.
After seeing that image on her screen, she got a little curious and did her research on who Hypnos was.
