Chapter 225. A Vampire Restaurant

We walked into the restaurant and a few eyes darted towards us before looking away.

I felt a bit out of place here, everyone looked so regal and important. I followed closely behind Josh until we came to a table.

He was a gentleman who helped me with my seat. “Thank you,” I offered as I sat down, pulling myself closer to the table.

“No problem,” he replied, sitting down. We sat in silence for a few seconds and then he said, “Um…I think you should know that everyone here is a vampire. The staff, the security, and everyone else.”

“Humans are not allowed in here. Everyone in here has a reservation or a special card that allows them to come in anytime they’d like. But you have to be…you know, a vampire before you can get a reservation or the card.”
