I don’t care what it is I feel for her; I hate tardiness and irresponsibility, and that’s exactly what she’s doing right now.
I can’t believe she didn’t bother showing up to work today, or doesn’t she know we work all day every day?
I’m getting sick of pacing around, but if I don’t do that, I might not be able to stop myself from flying to her dorm to bring her out. And I don’t care if she’s dressed or not.
Okay… Maybe I care.
But still, she has no right to fling aside her responsibilities. Or does she think because Tate gave her the job, she can disrespect me?
Far from it!
“Sebastian…” Loren calls my name rather loudly, and irritation boils within me.
“What!” Realizing I might have overstepped, I drop my hands and place them on my waist, and with a calmer tone, I reply to her. “Sorry. What is it?”
“It’s just… I’ve been calling you, and you just seem so lost. Is anything wrong?”
“No,” I say before lowering my head
