Chapter 13

Scarlet totally lost the track of time as she stared into the blank wall. She had been staring into nothingness since she came back from Sebastian’s room. What has gotten into her earlier? She just wanted to clarify something from Sebastian Kensington but she ended up giving herself to him! Worst, he seemed to be unaware that it was her! Would it even be possible? He was a vampire for goodness sake but why he seemed to be oblivious about her scent or her voice? He was supposed to know that it was her! 

For the nth time, she took a deep breath, and then the bracelet on her wrist caught her attention. She stared into it and saw nothing, but earlier, she noticed that the color has changed, or maybe, she was only imagining things because of shock!

Yeah, that’s right! Maybe, her system couldn’t accept the fact that she acted, no, it wasn’t acting, but she became a wanton woman for Sebastian Kensington! Oh God, how would she face him again? It would be embarrassing!
