Scarlet chose to ignore Sasha’s remarks but when Sebastian spoke to Sasha on her behalf, she felt good about it. However, she was so embarrassed to look at Sasha. It was obvious that Sasha didn’t like her, and it was proven when the woman took Sebastian away. 

She felt alone and unwanted inside the manor, so she decided to entertain herself. She walked towards the wall with a gallery of various arts and portraits. She craned her neck to watch every piece of the marvelous paintings, and her eyes were drawn to a woman’s portrait. For a moment, she stared at it, and then she narrowed her eyes at the woman. She looked familiar to her but she couldn’t pinpoint where she had met the woman in the past.
