Chapter 104. Miserable Kiss

Seeing Daniel makes her feel like the happiest lady in the world. But one thing still troubles her; failing to put down Mike just as she did with Rose. Before she could turn around, he was gone.

Daniel assured her Mike will be found but first things first; he needs to pay a visit to his father in the hospital. They both drove down to the hospital in a Taxi. It has been a long since Daniel visited his father. He has been away all this while because he was abducted by Azarial.

As the Taxi pulled over in front of the hospital, they both made their way out of the Taxi. Mary glanced at Daniel. “Are you sure you don’t want to talk about it?” she asked.

She has been trying to know more about where Azarial took him, what happened and how he got to escape. Each time she brings the subject up, Daniel persuades her to let it go. ‘It was a terrifying moment for me and I don’t want to talk about it,’ he told her.
