Tangled Hearts: Chapter 8
Isabella finally excused herself not only from her new husband but also from his friends that wanted to dance with her. She stepped out to the balcony with a drink in hand and rested her elbows on the handrails, staring out to the full moon that brightened the night sky. The day she was living is every woman’s dream and happiest day but she couldn’t tell if it was her happiest day.
She was happy, yes, but deep inside she still feel like something was amiss, like she was missing something, a little spice to her joy. She closed her eyes and a vision began to form in her mind and right before she could tell what it was, she felt someone behind her and snapped her eyes open immediately. She didn’t want to turn to know who and moreover, she wanted to be alone so she remained standing and staring at the moon.
