Sasha looked up when she heard a knock on the door. “Come in,” she ushered, adjusting her glasses on the bridge of her nose and rubbing her temple. A lot has been going on lately and she was trying her possible best not to be affected by it. However, it seemed like no matter how hard she tried, she couldn’t escape the fact that she was bothered by Ryan and Isabella’s divorce and what fate it would leave her son now.

The door pushed open and she was surprised to see the very person she was thinking about standing in front of her.

“Chris,” she smiled, “what are you doing here?”
