Sasha didn’t doubt her words as she remembered how she was this morning when he left, how soft she almost went just because he called her name. She heaved a sigh as the waitress brought their orders. She left after placing everything on the table.

“Hmm. But why would Michael come to you now? I mean, you have been living separately for the past two months and he never called, never visited.
