Gaius’ POV

“Shipment is confirmed boss. There are loads and loads of packages in the cargo hold,” Miranda, Vince’s replacement, reports.

“Good,” I affirm, “Now make sure no one enters or leaves the hangar. Is that understood?”

Her voice cracks a little due to signal fluctuation but I hear her receipt of the order clearly, “No one enters or leaves the hangar, got it.”

“We are already on our way. See you in thirty,” I say before hanging up the call.

Beside me, Ivano is typing away on his phone, and he speaks up once he’s certain I’ve ended the discussion, “Do you think anyone would be so stupid as to filter their way in and just cart away one hundred boxes of chemicals on such a bright and sunny day?”
