I let her be and we enter into our office in silence, for obvious reasons. I’m not going to hold it against her for not having that kind of conversation. Sex with the boss is treachery in most organizations and as much as I’d like to deny it, it’s likely to affect her the most.

Hence, I don’t push the topic.

The worst to happen to me is that I’ll receive some publicity both internally and externally for being a rather female friendly individual.

Nothing else would change from there.

Whatever consequences befalls me, would be worse on her. As a mere employee, it’s a lot more difficult to untangle yourself out of situations like this.

When I’m irritated at myself, it is best to believe that the negativity lodged deep within me will never stay within me. Whoever is within a few meters of me would feel my unhinged wrath, no matter what.
