Chapter 45

Adrian's POV

Ever since the hallway incident, all I could do was watch her grow into a strong woman. Watch her develop and build herself because she did not want to be the one to lose out. I watched her become more beautiful and radiant day by day. 

She still wasn't comfortable showing off her skin. I noticed the way she held herself changed. She was always quiet when she was with her friends, but when she spoke, they grabbed every word. I saw the way she slowly earned respect without having to do much.

She showed the signs that she'd make a great Luna, and I could not deny that I made a mistake by treating her the way I did. Through her pain, she became a woman whom many respected. 

I forced her to grow.

Dad would always talk about how she's one of the best he's ever trained, and let me tell you that Dad is not one to dish out compliments unless you earn them. She'd been learning very fast, and Dad said she'd be training in her wolf form soon
