Chapter 134. Hallucinations?

Leah’s POV

I was now discharged and the paperwork had been signed. It was now time to leave and I was walking with Rafael down the hallway. It turned out that this was one of the biggest hospitals in the country. 

It was so busy and it made me feel a bit weird, because you know what a busy hospital meant. We were on one of the top floors and were now heading to the elevator. Once we reached it Rafael pressed the button and as we waited, my eyes fell on someone. 

The person was in a wheelchair and being wheeled past us. But the more I looked, the more the person looked familiar. I knew who it was. But I needed to be sure, I did not want my mind playing tricks on me or anything. 

“Rafael, take a look at the woman in the wheelchair,” I said in a soft voice as I continued to look in the direction of the person being wheeled away. 

“Where?” He asked as he looked around.
