Chapter 81. Taking a Drive

Leah’s POV

I breathed out a sigh through my nose and headed for the door. The knock continued, and I ignored it as I unlocked and opened the door. Standing there was Rafael. He had casual clothes on, but a rich version. 

He was wearing really nice jeans, a polo shirt, and some tennis shoes. There was a tight frown on his face, and if the way he was knocking and how his tone was when he told me to open the door was not enough, the look in his eyes told me that he was not happy. 

“We need to talk,” He repeated the words as he walked into the room. He went straight for the bed and sat on it. “You need to shower and get ready. It’s almost noon and we need to make a drive.”

“A drive?” I furrowed my brows in confusion. What did he mean by this? Today was Sunday, and after the night that we had, I would have thought that we would have at least taken today to rest. “We have school tomorrow, Rafael, can’t we just stay here today?” I felt lik
