Leroy knew that James was serious about what he said. He could even sense it from how he said the words with conviction. Judge Peterson wanted them to settle amicably, but where they really read to let whatever they did to themselves, it wasn't easy; it was going to be easy, as Judge Peterson is saying, but they didn't have any choice because if they didn't settle, the case was going to get official, he knew he didn't really want it to be that way, he couldn't allow it to be that way because of everybody reputation here.

Jason was confused at first, but he knew that what Judge Peterson was talking about was the right way to go about solving this Summon; he knew from the start that the basics of sending and receiving the summon were baseless, and he knew that none of them in this court anticipated this to go this way, but he knew that this was for the best, he wasn't going to try to disapprove with the Judge because he knew that the Judge was fair
