Chapter 152. Brothers?
The temperature in the apartment dropped suddenly, thin sheets of ice began crawling around the corners on the walls and floor. Walter looked around in alarm then took a step back. What the hell was happening?
“What was her name?” the mysterious man asked, staring hard at Walter.
Walter hesitated for a few seconds.
“Lissa. Melissa Lance,” he answered. That was his mother's name before she died, the name she took after she married his father.
“I need her name before she met your arsehole of a father,” the man spat out venomously. Walter frowned even deeper. He hated today. He had been so happy to see Lois after awhile but he had only been frowning nonstop since the evening.
“Answer me!” the man barked. Ice swooped into action, covering his floor and walls. He was beginning to freeze. He who never felt cold despite the winter.
