Chapter 65. Gia's Request

“What did you just say?” General Kalif asked. It was as if he hadn't heard her correctly.

Gia scoffed and sat up straight. “Father, please. Help me out here,” she pleaded, ignoring his question.

“Help you do something stupid?” he laughed dryly, though his face remained entirely stone-faced.

Gia frowned deeply. She absolutely hated her father's attitude. However, she decided to calm down first and explain things to him properly. He was the only one who could help her now. If he were on her side, she would win for sure.

“The Alpha has found his mate. She will be the Luna of this pack,” he said firmly, turning his attention back to his file.

“She is his mate, yes. But is she fit to rule the pack?” Gia asked.

He raised an eyebrow but didn't look up at her.
