Chapter 66. Taking Her out

How did he find out she had cried? Could he have been watching her all that time? No...he would have rushed to her immediately when she started crying. And there was no way he would even be watching her. He's not God.

“You lying to me?” Wayne asked and raised a brow at her. Her face flushed up.

“Gosh! No. I am not... lying,” she said and tucked her hair behind her ear then she chewed on her lips. Wayne sighed loudly and she looked down at her hand.

“Eat up. You'll talk later. Don't worry,” he smirked and turned away. Olive gulped down water immediately and fanned herself with her hand. She looked up at the drip and saw that it was finished already. She wanted to gently remove it herself but Dolly burst into the room.

“Don't worry, I'll do it,” she said and the next minute, she was removing it already.
