Chapter 115

He should face whatever hell he is in, actions have consequences. She picks up her phone to call Lewis and apologize. She now knows she was aromh and he was right. They are self centered and do not think about anything else except things that are beneficial to just them. His phone rings for a while, there is no answer. She calls again, there is no answer. She is not worried or panicky. She knows he usually picks up on the third ring. He probably left his phone at the living room and is in the kitchen trying to whip up something that tastes heavenly, with Garrick as a sous chef. She smiles at the image in her head. She tries to call again. He finally picks up but his voice is barely audible. She presses the phone to her ear to be able to make out the words Lewis is saying. 

"Hello. Lewis, it's me." She yells into the phone. Lewis coughs and she realizes she can hear a door slamming sound.
