Damn! Beta Johnston eventually located her and brought her back to Alex. And does that pack now believe she's staying indefinitely?

You've got to be kidding! I bet Becca is a heartbeat away from scratching gravel, ready to seize the next opportunity at any moment.

"Alex? Congrats, man! I heard your mate is back with you. We should definitely celebrate!" I cheered, trying to hide my frustration. Alex was on the other end of the line, proud he had managed to reconcile with his mate, a win that helped minimize Paxton’s embarrassment.

"Sure, let's do that tomorrow night. Are you coming to Paxton then? My Delta and his mate are here too," Alex replied, his voice brimming with satisfaction.
