Chapter 84

Maya's first grandchild, Thomas was born twenty years later.

Thomas was standing on top of a hill smiling.

When he looked around he saw a few other people in the area. They were all about his age. A lot of them seemed to be dressed like he was. That made him feel comfortable. He was wearing jeans, a t-shirt, and running shoes. He felt better about being out in the forest since he wasn't sure what other people were wearing in the area.

When Thomas saw people he was attracted to them, he found them beautiful and wanted to talk to them. They were all walking in different directions though. There didn't seem to be any clear path through the area.

The woods were thick. There were thickets of bushes. Trees covered in leaves and branches made it hard for him to walk in certain areas.

There was one place he really wanted to go to though. He knew that there was a path that led there from the place where he woke up. He went the direction he knew it
