Valeria's POV

No more pain, no more my body, nothing. I wanted to move, but I couldn't. I felt as if I had been wrapped in a blanket that weighed tons. But that didn't matter to me at that moment.

All I saw were two ice-blue eyes meeting mine. We looked deeply into each other's eyes and I could have sworn he was looking into my soul. But that didn't matter to me. At that moment I didn't care about anything. My eyes slowly became heavy and the last thing I noticed was a tingling feeling on my hand. Then my eyes closed and the darkness took over me again.
