Olivia's POV

This was a slightly taller building with three floors and a glass dome as a roof. The windows were floor-to-ceiling so that enough daylight reached every room. The floors were dark parquet, and the walls were painted white. It was both simple and elegant and looked beautiful.

We walked through the front door, across the hallway, before stopping in front of another large door.

"It's behind that," Lisa whispered to me and squeezed my hand one last time.

"Are you ready?" Zara asked, standing to my right.

But I wasn't able to look at either of them. My gaze was fixed stubbornly on the large door in front of me as if I could see through it as I tried to calm my heart.

"I don't think I can do it," was the only thing I could manage.

"Of course, you can do it! You're the strongest personality in the pack, if not in the world! And the most stubborn person ever. If YOU can't do it, then no one." Zara stroked my back.
