Up until I reached the cave that Locker had shown me when I was a youngster, everything seemed surreal. I changed back into human form and put on some old clothes. Good times from my past here flooded my mind. What had just transpired had me gasping for air and completely befuddled.

She sighed and whispered, "Amber," in a soft voice. Her expressionless voice conveyed a wealth of feelings to me.
