I quickly dragged in a sharp breath.

My heart is heavy and pounding hard in a rage. If not for one thing, I just wanted to strangle this woman till death until she couldn’t puff out a single breath anymore. Yet I held myself, she is still Ryder’s mother. I doubt he will love my idea at this moment.
