I woke up to a small soft mattress. I stretched my back and then looked around and that’s when the memories of what happened started clicking in.

“You are awake,”

I spun around immediately to see the witch girl leaning her back on the wall, her green eyes on me. I slowly gulped and nodded my head. “Thank you for coming to help out,”

She chuckled and pulled herself out from the wall. “I can’t say no to Logan, even though that mate of yours annoys me but you are a good person,”

My confused gaze shot up to my hairline. “What are you talking about? We haven’t even met before?”

“He told you?”
