I strode confidently into the center of the pack, my relaxed countenance a stark contrast to the tension that hung in the air. The entire pack had gathered to witness the challenge, their eyes fixed on me with curiosity and anticipation.

I could feel their gaze on me, but I didn’t let it faze me. I was the prince, after all, and I was about to show them all what I was capable of.

I stopped in the middle. The pack people were standing, circling us and Jasper stood opposite me, his eyes blazing with resentment. He was growling softly, his hackles raised, but I just looked at him with a bored expression.

No need to try harder, just a mere swift of my finger and he could be six feet down. Beside, I was stronger, faster, and more powerful than Jasper could ever hope to be.

I saw the nervous look on Owen’s face and the way he kept sending me silent glares. Logan nodded at me not to mind him.
