Chapter 24. We Will Be Going

Nina POV

I don’t know what to say, but since that day, Ryder has been avoiding me. He didn’t even sleep here last night, though my concern was that he finally let Ali and Lizzy off the hook for whatever punishment he had in store for them.

I glanced at him indirectly, and he seemed so focused on his phone. I puffed out and tried to look away when I suddenly remembered that he went to the castle the other day.
