Should I answer the call? What if it’s related to Lianna’s case? What if it’s important? But… Lianna surely isn’t foolish enough to use this number to make calls now, right… or did she change the SIM card? But… it still shows the same network…

I took a deep breath and closed my eyes again for a few seconds.

Fine, I’ll answer it!

As soon as I answered the call, I put Lianna’s phone on loudspeaker mode. There was silence on the other end for a few seconds, and then a man suddenly shouted.

“It’s only right that Lianna died, Raven!” The man’s words were followed by loud laughter.

“She deserved it… she deserved it, Raven, so wake up to the truth! Open your eyes! Lianna isn’t an angel like you think she is!”

He had more to say, but I ended the call and immediately powered off the phone.

“Idiot…” Jessie raised her arm and showed it to me, “That gave me goosebumps…”

“Me too…” I let out a deep sigh.

“Could he be the killer?”
