Chapter 36. Revelation

Jennifer’s POV

We walked in a private room where no one was there except me, Gerald and Bob. There was so much television. It looked like a security room.

Gerald handed a file to Bob.

“So, the cars who chased after you,” Gerald stared at me. “I found out where these cars went and where they are coming,” he said and I just stood behind Bob listening to them because I don’t actually understand what they are talking about.

“After you lost them, I couldn’t find them on the cameras. They vanished into the thin air of the highways. I went to the police station yesterday and checked all the cameras from the outside of the highways and found them. They went to an abandoned building. When they got out of their cars, I had all of their faces. I went back here and started to run all the facial recognition systems. And yup, open the file,” he explains and I furrowed my brows. Are they talking about the cars who followed us last week?
