Chapter 37. Jaime

Jennifer’s POV

We arrived at Jaime’s place. It was an apartment complex so I hoped nothing would happen here.

Jaime told me he has some spare keys under the floor mats. I asked why he told me about that but he just said he always forgot his keys so he knows who’s the one he will call. That’s why he has them under.

Bob helped me to bring some of my stuff and I opened the door once I grabbed the keys. The apartment looked cute and cozy at the same time.

“Do you need anything?” Bob asked me and I shook my head. He came closer, “Call me if you need anything, okay?” He smiled and kissed my forehead. I smiled back.

What are we? Friends?

“T-thank you,” I said.

“I will pick you up tomorrow,” he said and I nodded.

“Bye, Jen.”

“Bye,” I said and smiled at him.
