Chapter 50. Protect Her

Bob’s POV

I stood up quickly and saw the six big guys who were standing at the entrance while they were threatening customers. I find my ways when I say that they were busy and distracted. I took the first three shots at them. They saw me and they started shooting at me. I jumped and crouched back down to Jennifer. I saw that she was staring at me with widened eyes.

“What?” I asked.

“N-nothing…” she said.

I was so dumb that I caught their attention first. Now I’m stuck with this place with Jennifer. Shots were fired at our place. I grabbed Jennifer’s hand and pulled her behind me. I crouched up to see what they were doing. I saw that there were still four guys shooting at us and I don’t know where the others are. I know that there are more guys outside the dinner so I had to get back up. I immediately grabbed my phone and called Gerald.

“You, dude what’s–” gunshots cut him off. “Bob, where are you?” He asked.

“I’m with my Aunt’s for dinner.
